Remind your clients its time to top up with Re-Buy from SalonIQ

Boost retail sales and strengthen client relationships by activating automated re-buy marketing.

Increase your retail sales and enhance customer relationships by implementing automated re-buy marketing. By setting re-buy dates for each of your retail products, you can remind clients to replenish their supply of their favourite shampoo, conditioner, beauty, or styling products before they run out. This proactive approach will not only boost sales but also keep your clients satisfied and loyal.

Please Note: Re-buy can only be used if your SalonIQ online shop is live. For more information on setting this up CLICK HERE

Once your online shop is live you can begin to set up your re-buy function.

Setting up your products

Menu > Settings > Products > Select your first product

Enter the re-buy days

Thinking about how much product should be used on each use, and how many times per day/week/month a client should apply should give you a rough idea of how long a product should last. Ideally, you want your reminder to be sent 7-10 days ahead as a minimum so clients never run out. 

Whilst you are on your product details page, check you have an image, the correct name and a detailed description and price to enhance your customer experience. 

Message set up

In order for your clients to receive their Re-Buy message, you will need to set up the automation. 

Menu > Intelligent Marketing > Automation > Custom > Select SMS or Email from the drop-down and select IQ Re-Buy from your message list.

If you can't see IQ Re-Buy on your list, please select the New Action button. 

Description - Give your message a name - for your reference only

Action Type - Select SMS or Email

Trigger = IQ Re-Buy

Next, create your message content.

Once you are happy with your message and have sent yourself a test, select the Active toggle so it is green and your clients will start to receive messages for the default re-buy days following a product purchase.
