How to set up Team Members for Self Employed
Marking a team member as being Self-Employed
Setting a team member as being Self-Employed is really easy. You need to go to:
Menu > Settings > Team Members > Team Members > Select the self employed team member
Team members are usually charged rent OR get a % split of whatever they take.
- Team members' figures can be calculated as Gross or Net
- If they pay rent you would need to set the rental period and enter the rent amount.
- If they take a percentage of their service and retail you can enter these figures in the relevant fields.
- If they use your PDQ (credit card) machine you can set if you want to deduct a monetary figure from them or a % of their bills when a card is used
Generating the report
The Self-employed report can either be found in:
Menu > Reports > Team > Commission > Self-Employed
