In this article, we break down and explain each individual trigger for your automated marketing SMS or Email

The different triggers are:
- First Visit Date: To be sent after the clients 1st Visit
- Second Visit Date: To be sent after the clients 2nd Visit
- Third Visit Date: To be sent after the clients 3rd Visit
- Fourth Visit Date: To be sent after the clients 4th Visit
- No Show Date: To be sent to the client once the "No Show" button is actioned on the appointment
- Birthday: To be sent on the clients Birthday (Please Note: the day & month of birth must be completed on the client card)
- Booking Reminder: To be sent to the client prior to their appointment as a reminder
- Cashup Notification: To be sent complete with Cashup summary of the days transactions
- Team Weekly stats Notification: To be sent with a weekly summary of the stylists performance
- Team 4 Weekly stats Notification: To be sent with a 4 week summary of the stylists performance
- Team Monthly stats Notification: To be sent with a monthly summary of the stylists performance
- Salon Weekly stats Notification: To be sent with a weekly summary of the salon performance
- Salon 4 Weekly stats Notification: To be sent with a 4 week summary of the salon performance
- Salon Monthly stats Notification: To be sent with a monthly summary of the salon performance
- An hour after checkout (GAS Only): To be sent asking the client to recommend new clients. Please see our GAS FAQ. GAS
- An hour after checkout (salon spy): To be sent with a salon spy review link. Please note that the contents are provided from Salon Spy. Do not edit the message inside the SMS.
- Recommend Friend Transaction Complete: To be sent advising the client has a promotion as they have recommended a new client. Please see our GAS FAQ. GAS
- Appointment Confirmations: To be sent as soon as a booking has been made to confirm the appointment
- Skin Test Reminder: To be sent to remind the client to rebook a skin test
- Appointment Selected Not Booked: To be sent if the client has selected a service online but not booked it
- Beauty Skin Test: To be sent to remind the client to rebook a skin test
- Membership Renewal: To be sent to clients who have a membership number in their client card
- An Hour After Checkout (General): To be sent an hour after checkout for every appointment
- IQ Re-buy: To be sent to remind your clients to purchase their favorite products. Please see our online shop FAQ. Shop
Remember to use the Days and Run at time options, for example, if you set Days to -1 this will send the message 1 day prior to a clients appointment. If you set it to 3 days this will send it 3 days after the clients appointment.
