Worked By Hours/Days

A comprehensive report showing team member schedules by hours or days including holidays, sickness, and unpaid time.


To access the report go to Menu > Reports > Team > By Hours/By Days

HW1

Choose your date range, the report can be run over any date range. 

If your salon uses separate appointment pages, each page can be selected from the appointment book drop-down. This will display the team members who are active on the selected appointment page.

What is included in the report

  • Guests - Number of clients in the date range
  • Services - Service value excluding VAT
  • Retail - Retail Value excluding VAT
  • Retail Units - Number of products sold
  • Total - Total sales value of services and retail excluding VAT
  • Care Factor -
  • Hours Worked - Total number of hours worked 
  • Hours Sick - Total number of sick hours over the date range
  • Hours Holiday - Total number of holiday hours over the date range
  • Hours Unpaid - Total number of unpaid hours over the date range
  • Hours Maternity - Total number of Maternity hours over the date range
  • Total Hours - Total hours over the date range

All hours are accumulated from the appointment diary, each team member is scheduled and the report accumulates the hours worked from the schedule.

Bookouts can be added to the appointment diary and shown on the hours worked report,  book outs are added using a type that the user selects

You can remove time worked from the hours worked report by selecting Unpaid Bookout

The type Normal bookout will not deduct any time from hours worked as this is considered working time.

Breaks or lunches can also be deducted from the hours worked by entering Lunch Duration in the team members' commission settings
