A daily report per team member aimed at ensuring any opportunity with your clients is highlighted and maximized
To access the report go to Menu > Reports > Team > Traffic Light Report
The report can only be run daily, typically the report is run and printed in the morning before the salon opens, the report can be run for all team members or individual team members.
What is included in the report
The team member's name and date are displayed in the top left corner of the report, all clients booked with the team member on the date are shown on the report including the service and time of the appointment.
For each client, there is a traffic light system to help the team members with potential opportunities and requirements that will help the business, this is broken down into the following sections
Customer behavior is focused on previous history, the traffic light system highlights if a client has purchased KPI Services or retail previously or if they have left a review in the past.
The service categories shown on the report are set in Menu > Settings > Global Settings > Details > Service KPI 1,2 & 3
You can have a maximum of 3 service categories on the traffic light report
A data health check is shown on the report to highlight missing data that could be used for marketing.
Skin test status is highlighted in the report.
Additional information shown in the report
- Regular or Lapsed - Clients are automatically counted as regular if the last visit was less than 180 days ago
- Number of visits per year - The current calendar year
