An in-depth breakdown of team member figures and payments, useful for salons that have a mixture of employed & self-employed team members
To access the report go to Menu > Reports > Team > Team Takings
Choose your date range
The default is to show all team members select the status drop-down box and choose between
- All team members
- Employed
- Self-employed
Self-employed team members need to be set as self-employed to show on the report, all team members are employed by default, for more information on self-employed please see the self-employed setup Self Employed Set Up
The report can be run as a summary or a more detailed option, to see a summary select the following switch
What is included in the report
- Service totals including VAT
- Retail totals including VAT
- Payment methods and total figures for all payment methods
Each figure is shown per team member and a total is shown at the bottom of the report, all figures shown in this report include VAT.
Detailed report
Remove the summary switch, refresh the report
Each transaction is now shown on the report including the name of the client and their method of payment, this will make the report multiple pages and you can scroll down to see the grand totals or use the arrows on this screenshot
