How to set up a Team Members Roster

To set a team members working hours so that the system displays their working hours and marks them off on days they are not working we need to use the Roster screen.

To roster a team member you either need to click on top of a team member's column and choose Schedule > Roster or go to:

Menu > Settings > Team Members > Team Members  then click onto the team member you wish to roster and click Roster on the left

You then need to enter the team members working hours. Start off with stating how many weeks make up a team member roster. So if a team member works the same days each week, that's a 1 week roster, if they work different hours this week to next week a 2 week roster. Screenshot 2023-03-22 at 11.33.58

Then setting the Arrive and Depart times and if you are part of a multi site salon group, the salon they do those hours in. Screenshot 2024-09-25 at 14.26.17
