Survey Your Clients
This guide will give you some ideas on what to ask your clients when reaching out to collect feedback
It is always so important to know how you are doing from your client's eyes, our views can at times be distorted and therefore we do not see the true picture of our client's experience in the salon.
Below you will see some questions that you can ask your clients to ensure you do better next time or simply make some minor tweaks to your current in-salon journey.

3. Were you given a warm welcome when you arrived?
4. Did you leave the salon feeling happy with the result of your hair/skin?
5. Did you feel you got value for money?
