How to process a card payment when the card isn't present.
To process a CNP (Card Not Present) transaction on your integrated card machine, please follow the steps below.
1. Input the sale through SalonIQ as normal.
2. When the card machine prompts for the card, press the menu button (Under Number 7) on the card machine.
3. Follow the instructions on the card machine.
If you are using the card machine in Standalone, you can process the CNP in the same way, simply input your amount into the card machine and follow the same steps when prompted for the card.
