How do I set up my Dojo Integration?

This article will run through how to integrate your Dojo card terminal with SalonIQ

When a salon is ready to integrate their Dojo terminal with SalonIQ an email will be received from Dojo to both the salon (you) and SalonIQ. 

This email will contain the integration details required to set this up in a few easy-to-follow steps. 

1. Within the email the terminals Host Name and API Key will be given: 

2. This information will need to be copied and pasted into the salon settings by going to the Menu > Settings > Salons > Settings > Terminal Integration: 

3. You will then need to click on where it says None and change this to say PaymentSense and paste in the Host Name (sometimes referred to as the URL in the email) and the API Key: 

4. Once you have done this you will then need to click Save on the left-hand side and refresh SalonIQ (Menu > Refresh at the bottom) 

5. You will then need to go to the main menu on the Dojo terminal (three dots in the top left) 

6. It will then give them the option of 'integrated sale/payment' which will need to be turned on 

7. Once this has been turned on they will need to reboot the card terminal (by clicking on the power button on the side of the terminal):

8. Once the terminal has rebooted you will need to go to SalonIQ and click on the Menu > Refresh at the bottom 

9. Next you will need to go to your till screen (£ at the top of SalonIQ) > select OTC > Select a homecare product with a price > select Card > Complete 

Your card terminal is now integrated
