How to purchase Gift Cards & Loyalty Cards

This article shares details of some companies you can visit independently should you wish to offer your clients a card style Gift Card option.

There are many suppliers you could use.

There are different barcode types available, the barcode type you need for SalonIQ is Code type 39 and will need to be a minimum of 6 numbers in length.

Please ask your supplier to send you a test copy so you can test the barcode with the system before ordering a batch.

There are 2 ways to transfer money onto a gift card - you can simply add the money on via a barcode using your SalonIQ barcode scanner, alternatively you can enter it manually typing in the unique numbers on the card into SalonIQ. Please see: How to sell, top up & redeem gift cards in SalonIQ
