When will my Team Member get the commission for a course 

 

On SalonIQ go to, Client Search > search for client > select client > Accounts.

The accounts section details the history of all course transactions. This can be found on the Course History section within the Accounts sub section of the client card. This will show how many course treatments are available to the client.

  • Future Courses - Displays the remaining treatments left to use
  • Expired Courses - Showing all expired courses
  • Course History -  Displays each treatment within the course which has been used. 

When you click on the course it will then display each course session and when this has been used.


 

How do I add a course to a client's account?

To add a course to a client's account you will need to go to your till screen (£) > select OTC > select client > services > there will be a course category on the left hand side > select the course > choose payment method > complete.

If you do not want the team member to get commission on a course then please select the OTC Team Member. The team member will then be credited once they do the service for that course.


How do I use a session for the course?

To use one of the course treatments on account, you must book the individual service that is linked to the course package, this will then deduct one of the remaining course treatments from the account.

Example

You would book a single Blow Dry service, if the client has X6 Blow Dry Course Package.

Each time a service is used from the package it will reduce the 'remaining balance on the clients record card.

Once the client has used all remaining course treatments, the Future Courses info tab will display 0 remaining.


When will my team member get commission for a course sale

Once a team member processes a course, they will then receive the session price for this course.

Example - If a course is £600 and the services are x6, once the team member processed the service they would then get £100 as their session price on their figures. Course sessions are not included on the Team Dashboard figures.

You can see the course session price by going to Menu > Reports > Clients > Courses > Courses Done.
