Adding Client Notes
This article will take you through adding client technical notes
You can add your client's technical notes straight from your appointment page. Click on the client's appointment, then click on the edit notes section. (White square at the top)
This will then take you straight to the client notes section.
Click add note > enter in your technical notes > save
Any notes added to the record card automatically include the date, time & name of the user who entered the notes.
Click the 3 dotes in the corner of the note and select edit will provide the following options
- Print - Prints to receipt printer
- Remove - Deletes the note
- Update - Edit the note
