This guide will show you how to authorise a device remotely to enable access to SalonIQ Hub.
Authorise a device for your team to access
To give your team access to log onto the Hub on their phones or tablets you will need to authorise their device and give them access.
How to give access remotely
Your team can view the Hub by downloading the App from the App Store (iOS users) here or the Google Playstore (Android users) here.
Ask your team member to log into the Hub App with their normal login credentials (account code, username & password) on their phone/tablet.

Account Code - Your salons account code
Username - This needs to be an admin username
Password - This needs to be an admin password
Days - Enter the amount of days that the device should be authorised
Comments - Enter in the name of the team member
Once your team member has logged in you will then need to go to your main menu > logs > hub device logs > find their device > authorise.
In the comments field, we always advise entering in the team member's name and what device it is that you are authorising.
The team member will then need to log out and back in again in order for the authorisation to pull through.
You have now given them access on this particular device.
What security level do you need to have to be able to authorise a device?
You will need to have User Manager or Admin Manager as a security level to be able to authorise devices (Phone/Tablet).
Check to see which devices are authorised
To check devices that have authorisation to access SalonIQ go to Menu > Security > Authorised devices
