Change Your Salon Opening Times

This article will guide you through changing your salon opening times on SalonIQ

To change your salon opening times for the weeks ahead click on the settings cog, which you can find on the top right hand corner of the appointment book.

You will then view various setting options around the appointment book, under Salon Schedule you will see two options Schedule Today and Schedule Opening Times.

Schedule Today

Schedule today will adjust the salon opening hours for the date you have selected. if you do not want to change this date you will need to go back to the appointment book select the date you wish to change from the calendar and then click on the Settings cog > Schedule Today

Now you are ready to adjust your salon opening times, simple adjust the start and end time and then click Save

If you wish to close the salon completely on just one day switch the Open toggle from green to red and click save.

Schedule Opening Times

Set the Effective date, this is the date you wish to start the new salon opening hours from.

Then go through and adjust each day of the week to reflect your new salon opening hours. To mark a salon as closed, simply switch the toggle from green to red.

To open your salon on a previously closed day, switch the toggle from green to red. 

Past Schedules - will show you your historic opening hours, as well as showing you if you were open or closed on a particular day. 

View Custom Days

When clicking on Schedule Opening Times you can also view your Custom Days, these are days where you have change the opening times for the salon as a one off and where it only effects certain days. 

Custom Days will show when you create a schedule today and adjust the hours for one particular day.

You have the option to edit any of the custom days listed by clicking on the edit pencil that you wish to change. Or you can add an additional custom day from this screen as well.
