Team Performance Chart

The Team Performance Chart is a report showing the performance of various categories within a customisable date range.

Once the report has loaded, it will show data from the selected category and date range.

The options available for this report are:

Chart Type: The available data is available for

  • Retail Sales: The total value of retail sold within the specified date range
  • Total Clients: The total number of clients within the specified date range
  • Care Factor: The total value of retail "upsales" within the specified date range
  • Average Bill: The average spend combined within the specified date range
  • Average Service: The average service spend within the specified date range
  • Client Frequency: The average frequency in weeks between client visits within the specified date range
  • Client Retention: The average client retention (team members retaining clients) within the specified date range
  • Courses done in units: The individual amount of course done by team members with date range
  • Courses done in value: The total value of courses done by team members in specified date range
  • Expected Services:
  • New Clients: The total amount of new clients per team member within the specified date range
  • New Percentage: The percentage of new clients per team member within the specified date range
  • New Client Retention: The percentage of new clients who rebook after the first visit within the specified date range
  • Percentage Retail: The percentage of clients who purchase retail with a service within the specified date range
  • Percentage Rebookings: The percentage of clients who rebook another appointment within the specified date rang
  • Percentage Request Rate: The percentage of clients who request to see a team member within the specified date range
  • Utilization: The total utilized space in the team members column with bookings within a specified date range
  • Service Sales: The total value of services within the specified date range
  • GAS: The total number of new clients based on the G.A.S promotion within the specified date range

The graph feature in some of the selected reports displays two colours, the red line shows minimum value, the green line displays maximum value.

 


 

Date Range:

  • You can enter custom start and end date for the system to calculate the data.

Appointment Books:

book

  • You can select to focus on a specific appointment book if set up, for example Hair or Beauty.

Email: 

emao

  • You can send the reports to a specific email address.

 

Schedule:

scred

  • You can have a specific email scheduled to send to you on a selected day each month.

Please Note: Once you have selected the report and date range, please remember to "Refresh" the report.
