New Build Installations
This document will show you what will be covered in your Day 1 and Day 2 education session.
Day 1 Training - 3 Hours - New Build
Management
Not all of the below will be applicable for all installs, we will work on what is priority for your salon. This can all be confirmed in your pre install 5 days before, when our education team will contact you to confirm your training.
- Online Booking – Service set up, required services and upgrades. Team Member set up, logos, images etc.
- Team Members – Skills and pricing to be checked
- Marketing – Activate any marketing in automation
- GAS – Activate Gas
- Skin Test – Activate
- Rooms – Activate and Set up Rooms
- Promotions – Create Promotions and courses
- Security set up
- Appointments – Show client how to add appointments in for go live session.
Day 2 Training - 3 Hours - New Build
Management & Team Members
- Go live day

- End of day

- Dashboards
- KPIs & Commissions – Activate and set up
