It means less time trying to interpret reports and more time knowing where to focus, what to do next and where the biggest opportunities are.

And because IQ Insights is built directly into SalonIQ, there’s nothing new to learn or another system to log into.

Simply look for the IQ Insights button across your Team Dashboard, Salon Dashboard and reports throughout SalonIQ and let your data start working harder for your business.

Team Dashboard – Understand Individual Performance

From the Team Dashboard, IQ Insights helps you get a deeper understanding of an individual team member’s performance.

Instead of having to work through each figure individually, IQ Insights brings the information together to show you where that team member is performing strongly and which areas could benefit from more focus.

It can also provide practical recommendations based on their results, helping managers have more focused conversations, set meaningful targets and create performance plans based on actual salon data.

Great for: 1-to-1s, appraisals, target setting, coaching and team development.

To view IQ Insights go to Menu > Dashboard > Team Dashboard > Run Date Range > Click IQ Insights

Salon Dashboard – See the Bigger Picture

On the Salon Dashboard, IQ Insights looks at performance from a wider business perspective.

Click IQ Insights and AI will analyse the information available across your dashboard, helping you quickly understand the overall health and performance of your business.

It can highlight your strongest areas, opportunities for growth, areas that may be underperforming and potential gaps in the data. It then turns those findings into focused recommendations and suggested actions, so you have a clearer idea of where to concentrate your efforts.

For multi-salon groups, this becomes even more powerful. IQ Insights can analyse the data across all of your locations, helping you identify differences in performance and where individual salons may need additional focus.

The aim isn't to give you another page of numbers. It's to help answer three important questions:

What’s working? What needs attention? What should we do next?

IQ Insights on Reports

You can also use IQ Insights within SalonIQ reports to help you understand and analyse the information in front of you.

For example, open the Business Summary Report for your chosen date range and select IQ Insights. AI can analyse the report data and give you a clear summary of the figures, highlight anything worth paying attention to and identify potential opportunities or areas for further investigation.

This can be particularly useful when reviewing larger reports, helping you move from simply looking at the figures to understanding what they could mean for your business and what action you may want to take next.
