How to process a Klarna refund

With Klarna refunds, you are completely in control. A client will have to call or visit the salon for any full or partial refund to be processed. These transactions are refunded in exactly the same way you would refund a stripe payment.

Menu > Settings > Online > IQ Payments > Transactions

Using the date and client name filters, locate your client's bill and select the Show bill button.

Next, select the refund button

Refunds

Once here, you can select the total bill amount to refund or enter in your own amount to complete a partial refund.

All refunds will be in the client's bank within 3-10 working days. Depending on which bank the client is with, it can show on their statement as a + amount or some banks will remove the original payment from your statement. So If you paid £20 on the 8th of December and are refunded on the 10th of December. Looking at your statement you should no longer see the transaction on the 8th.
