Attaching consultation forms to services and client confirmations
This guide explains how to link consultation forms to individual services and include them in confirmation messages.
Once your consultation forms are set up, you can attach them to each service. When an appointment is booked in the system or online, the client will receive a confirmation email with the consultation form attached to complete before their appointment.

Menu > Settings > Services
Open the service you want to attach a consultation form to. Click the Consultation Forms tab on the left-hand side, then select and attach the form linked to that service.

Repeat for all services that need a consultation form before the client’s appointment.
Menu > Intelligent Marketing > Automation > Custom > Email
Design your confirmation email and include a message reminding clients to complete all forms before their appointment.
Click on the add merge field at the top and select Insert All Forms.

Once you’re happy with your email, send a test to check it. When everything looks good, turn on the Active toggle and click Save.

To view all merge fields in your test email, create a booking for yourself before sending the test. This will include all appointment details and consultation forms. Remember to delete your test booking once you’re finished.
